Welcome to tkcfarms.com ("Website", "Venue", "we", "us", or "our").  

By booking a session, accessing, or using our Venue and Website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services or Venue.

 1. Use of Venue

TKC Farms is private property. Access to the Venue is by appointment and confirmed booking only.  

By booking with us, you agree:

• To use the Venue solely for photography and videography purposes.
• To respect the property, animals, plants, and structures.
• Not to bring illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials onto the premises.
• To ensure that all guests, photographers, and clients follow Venue rules.

We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund for any behavior we deem unsafe, destructive, or disrespectful.

2. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

Reservations must be made through our Website or approved communication channels.  

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy:  

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable.
• Weather-related rescheduling is permitted at no additional cost, subject to availability.

3. Liability and Insurance

You and your clients enter TKC Farms at your own risk.  

TKC Farms is not responsible for:

• Any injury to photographers, clients, guests, or animals.
• Loss, theft, or damage of equipment or personal belongings.

All professional photographers are strongly encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.

4. Property and Damage

You agree to leave the Venue in the same condition you found it.  

You will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property, structures, landscaping, or animals during your use.  

Fees for repair or replacement will be billed to the booking party.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, photography of the Venue for promotional purposes, and Website content remain the property of TKC Farms.  

You may use photos taken at TKC Farms for personal, client, or portfolio use. Commercial usage (such as advertising campaigns or product sales) must be pre-approved in writing and may require an additional licensing fee.

6. Venue Rules

• No smoking anywhere on the property.
• Pets are not allowed without prior approval.
• Drones must have prior written permission and follow FAA guidelines.
• Stay within designated photography areas unless otherwise directed.
• Respect all signs and barriers.
• Leave no trash behind.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

7. Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge.  

Please contact us at least 2 hours before your session to discuss weather-related concerns.

8. Changes to These Terms

TKC Farms reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Venue after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law rules.
